Glendalough Organics Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any of our courses/workshops at any time without notice.
All of our courses/workshops are subject to change and cancellation including date/time/location/length.
Deposits are non refundable/transferable/exchangeable.
If courses/workshops are cancelled due to situations out of our control for e.g Weather Warnings, Snow, Rain, Wind,Sickness, Bereavement, Injury, vehicle breakdowns etc we will reschedule the course/workshop for another date. If you are unable to attend the new date you will not be entitled to a refund/exchange/transfer.
Failure to make final payments for the course/workshop will result in the loss of your deposit, instalments and place.
We accept no responsibility if your flight/boat/train/car is delayed, cancelled,missed or transferred. You will not be entitled to a refund or exchange of your ticket or deposit.
All meals are vegetarian unless stated. Meals are produced by HACCP certified persons. Production facilities are not allergen free and cross contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee that traces of the food that you are allergic to are not present in the foods that you are served. This may include but not limited to nuts, gluten, eggs, dairy, meat, fish etc. If this presents medical issues for yourself then you need to make an informed decision on whether to consume our food and meals. We accept no responsibility for any death, injury or other loss suffered or caused by you consuming any foods or meals by Glendalough Organics. You understand that by eating meals prepared, cooked and served to you by Glendalough Organics you are doing so entirely at your own risk and Glendalough Organics will not be held responsible.
Wild swimming, if part of a course/workshop is done so at your own risk. Glendalough Organics accepts no responsibility for your safety when wild swimming.
Public liability insurance is provided.
